Found Objects

Communing with the natural world delivers boundless discovery and

myriad fascinations. As a ‘religion’ of the highest order, nature connects

us to the experience of witnessing sublime beauty. In an intangible kind

of sparkly way, it resides in consort with other visceral treasures we hold

deep within.

The works in my assemblage collection reflect an impulse to combine

artistic methodologies, technique, and media with found objects

acquired on my many walk-abouts. Forged with a philosophical, often

poetic force, they are nothing less than singular meditations, living

collectively here for now; a community....a family affair.
